Euphoria is one of our longest standing clients and we have watched them grow from strength to strength over the years. It was launched from in a living room in 2010 and in 2016 their turnover was 45m with the projected turnover for 2017 to be R65m! In spite of their phenomenal growth, the 2 CEO’s (George Golding and Conrad de Wet) pride themselves in providing the very best customer service and looking after their staff.
We have supported them in all their digital marketing efforts, including lead generation. This includes but is not limited to:
– Digital Strategy (includes the re-launching of their website)
– SEO
– Content Marketing
– PPC
– Facebook Advertising
– Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – including assisting with landing page and display advertising
– Handling external suppliers e.g. Native advertising, My BroadBand
The telecom sector is fairly competitive and with our PPC strategy, we have increased leads by 186% (this excludes calls which are tracked separately) from 2014 to 2017, whilst still maintaining a similar CPA (R501 vs R528) in spite of the year-on-year increase in CPCs.
Site sessions have also increased by 64% in 2017 compared to 2016, and Users + New Users both by 77%.
